Summer Camp 2024 information will be released by the middle of February. 

REFUND POLICY: Once an amount is given to Sports Tournament Ventures LLC, or any DBA associated, that money will NOT be refunded. We do however offer programing credits.

Credits: Once a schedule is released there is NO CREDITS given out to teams who drop out. 20% OF EACH TEAMS REGISTRATION GOES TOWARDS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE CREDITED.

0 Games Played = 80% CREDIT 

1 Game Played = 60% CREDIT

2+ Game Played = NO CREDIT 

5 Game Minimum 

0 Games Played = 80% CREDIT

1 Game Played = 60% CREDIT

2 Games Played = 40% CREDIT 

3+ Game Played = NO CREDIT  

COVID REFUND POLICY

In the event that an event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. All teams will be rewarded an 80% CREDIT towards a future event. 20% will be kept as administrative fees.
