Chris Diver  Owner, President & Baseball Event Director

Since its inception in 2022, USA Tournament Series has been led by Chris, who oversees every aspect of the business—from event operations and marketing to hotel contracting. The idea for USA Tournament Series was born while Chris was working as a travel ball director, where he recognized a need in the market for high-quality events offered at a fair price. In just a few short years, USA Tournament Series has hosted nearly 1,000 teams and over 12,000 players. Chris’s passion for baseball has been lifelong, and he began coaching at a young age. At just nineteen, he was named head baseball coach at Randolph High School, while also serving as the pitching coach for the Brockton Rox during that same summer. The following season, Chris was appointed to the post of Associate Head Baseball Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at Pine Manor College in Brookline, Massachusetts. Today, Chris continues to share his love for the game as the Varsity Baseball Coach at Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, RI.

Arianna Ferrier  Softball Event Director & Assistant Baseball Event Director

Arianna Ferrier joined USA Tournament Series in May 2024, fresh off earning her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University—where she was also a four-year standout on the softball team.



From day one, Arianna has been a driving force behind our events. In her role overseeing event operations and marketing, she took the lead as Event Director for many of our 2025 baseball tournaments and is now spearheading our exciting expansion into softball. As Director of Softball, Arianna will lead our 2025–26 slate of softball events, bringing the same energy, organization, and competitive spirit she displayed on the field.

When she’s not delivering top-tier tournament experiences, Arianna shares her knowledge of the game through private hitting and fielding instruction—helping the next generation of athletes sharpen their skills and build confidence.
